PROMOTION

Eligibility: Customers must complete a form, screenshot their Like & Share on the Metalkdee Facebook Page, and submit it through the form to receive the trial.

Validity Period: Valid for 30 days from the date of agreement.

Single Redemption Limit: One trial per store/brand.

Session Duration: 1 session = 2 hours.

Account Status: Accounts must be in good standing and ready at least 30 minutes before each session.

Shipping Products: Customers must send samples at least 7 days in advance. All shipping and related costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Decorative Items (if any): Must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.

Scheduling Restrictions: Cannot select preferred date or time.

Continuous Live Sessions: Not allowed.

Timing Based on Slot Availability: Sessions will be scheduled based on available time slots, determined by the company.

Unfulfilled Trial Period: Remaining sessions cannot be extended or refunded after expiration.

Cancelled Sessions Are Forfeited: Sessions canceled by the customer will not be compensated.

Conditions Subject to Change: The company reserves the right to change the promotion without prior notice.

Live Studio Only: Live sessions are conducted only at Metalkdee Studio. No on-site live services.

Liability for Product Damage or Loss: The responsible party (customer or company) must cover any damages caused by negligence.

Commission Fees: Commission fees (%) are not included in this package.

Data Access Consent: You agree to let us access your live session data from Day 1 until 7 days after your last session for performance analysis.
